“Things (the material world) are not the unique source of feelings”
SIOTIS CH. DIMITRIOS

Taking occasion of the materialist scientists’ and philosophers’ position that feelings are produced only by the material world (nature) which is their eidolon, we are trying to approach the global and eternal problem of the soul (conscience). For this purpose I invoke optical illusions and hallucinations as well as hysterical blindness. The first produce feeling without the presence of the material world (nature) while the second abolishes the feeling (eidolon) of the material world.

We believe that this is supported by the opinion of the materialist-psychiatrist Wilhelm Raih in his book “Hyperthesi” where on page 150 he says: “We don’t know if there is a relation between encephalon and rational thought”.
